a morning walk before beakfast, feel great as i am reading Outlive, the book says in order to stay away of diabete, stay hungry, no food after 8:00 pm is great habit
good run with my daughter in the morning, probably 10Km or 9km, distance does not matter, we talk and she skates. Nice morning moment, it is great feeling, both healthy for physical and mental health
