recently, i grab a good sleep patten, normally sleep at 10:00 pm and wake up at 7:00, during holidays, i sleep late but wake up late as well. i am just trying to count sleep cycles instead of hours.

it is like i am building too many habits and do not have time to log for everyone. but i sleep well after using counting cycles method, it is good feeling

a perfect sleep pattern is like 1.5 hours per cycle, 6 cycles each sleep. this is backed with science. For example, if I want to wake up 7:00 am, I need to sleep at 10:00pm which gives me a 6 cycles each sleep(9 hours). Let us try this method and record my feelings here. I hope this will solve my sleeping problems.
